Европейская обсерватория по системам и политике здравоохранения поддерживает и стимулирует принятие решений в области здравоохранения на основе фактов посредством всеобъемлющего и жесткого анализа динамики систем медико-санитарной помощи в Европе. Обсерватория включает статистические данные, политические резюме, исследовательские публикации и другие ресурсы по ряду тем, в том числе и по трудовым ресурсам здравоохранения. Обзоры «Системы здравоохранения: время перемен»
Цель обзоров состоит в том, чтобы предоставить организаторам здравоохранения и аналитикам сравнительную информацию, необходимую им для совершенствования систем здравоохранения в странах Европы.
Каждый обзор из серии «Системы здравоохранения: время перемен» содержит всесторонний анализ системы здравоохранения той или иной страны и ее реформ - как тех, которые уже реализуются, так находящихся в стадии разработки.
Эти обзоры составляют местные специалисты в сотрудничестве с научными руководителями и сотрудниками Европейской обсерватории по системам и политике здравоохранения. Чтобы данные обзоров разных стран были сопоставимы, разработан единый формат обзора - подробное руководство и перечень вопросов, определений и примеров. Этот формат периодически пересматривается.
